Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan or Sundar Picha (Indian-American business executive) is better known. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google, and was born in Madurai in India.[4] Pichai received his diploma in metallurgical engineering from IIT Kharagpur. After making the move to the United States, Pichai earned an M.S. He earned a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University. He also received an MBA from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania. After a brief time at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co., Pichai joined Google in 2004 and managed the product management as well as innovations for a range of Google's client software products that included Google Chrome as well as ChromeOS in addition to being largely responsible for Google Drive. He also led the creation of Google Maps and Gmail. Pichai announced in 2010 that Google had made the video codec VP8 open-source and also introduced WebM, a new video format. In 2012 the Chromebook was introduced. Pichai also added Android to the Google products that he managed in 2013.
