Kari Samantha is an American actor, performer and singer (born on April 28, 1967). Wuhrer started her career when she was just a teen. She is best known for her role as Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well in the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble, who worked as a cashier, and German American Andrew Wuhrer. The youngest of her three siblings. While she was a kid She sang in nightclubs and slipped out to sing. She studied acting from when she was 13 years old at Wooster School. Later, she studied acting at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts alongside renowned teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer, a model from Connecticut is an American model, actress and singer. She then studied drama at Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University and Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College, as well as at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and together with Uta Hagen, who is a well-known teacher. Kari started acting when she was an teen, and her first break on television was 1987's MTV's Remote Control.
