Harry Edward Styles, known as Harry Styles in the world of pop music. by the name of Harry Styles, is a British musician and singer known as a member of the band One Direction. The son of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles, a former pupil of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive schools was the founder of a band called White Eskimo along with three other students. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009 due to their impressive results. Though he's been interested in music, he also aspired to become an attorney or physiotherapist. As a worker in the city's bakery Harry Styles managed to feed his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions for The X Factor. Due to this, his band needed to be split. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd be forming a group named One Direction after the X The X. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of this group. The group formed in the year 2010. The group sang The Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would be Sucking Without You together with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. The consequence, they were one of the finalist. The group was placed in third place just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle which took home the prize. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell did not get the win in the contest. However Cowell provided Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
